Cheap, affordable, and DELICIOUS!!! This is the kind of place you would want to take date to for a breakfast! Especially on like a first date when you don't know if you like them. The food is awesome and it is cheap! So if you end up not liking the person, it's not too bate cuz you didn't waste alot of money on whoever it is. However, I think that if you bring someone here, they might fall in love with you. This place is bussin with people coming in for a quick stop. It seems like all the locals come here cuz it is a solid breakfast and coffe place!

We had full order french toast added a banana as topping and dieters delight. Each order is more than enough for a person. Worth the money.

This is exactly the kind of breakfast spot I was looking for after moving to Boston. Great prices with a casual laid back atmosphere. Only a couple of tables, so mostly a takeout place. And just a heads up that it’s cash only. But this spot had the best French toast I’ve ever had, I get it every time I go.

Great Breakfast Spot!!! Prices are awesome portions are Big! Brought my son here and he was being picky so he decided to only get a muffin. This massive blueberry Muffin was packed with blueberries. A picture is worth 1000 words! Gets a little busy and the weather was nice so we sat outside. A must try place if your in the area.

The best breakfast I had while being in the States. The place has an old soul, like you are going back in time for 30 years. The omlette was very good. But as usuall I can't get a good coffee. Will wait to go back to Europe Almost forgot, this place is cash only.

On our last day in Boston, we walked early morning from our Airbnb by the ocean to visit this great hole-in-the-wall breakfast place and were pleasantly surprised. Here is the summary of our visit: Ambiance 5/5: The name outside is rustic and you can easily miss it so you might have to ask someone in case you walk past it but the inside decor and vibe is great and you feel like you are dining with the locals. Service 5/5: As the saying on the wall says, this is the place where locals gather. In our 5 minutes of waiting at the counter, we could see that everyone knew each other and the person at the counter knew them as well. The service was fast and friendly. The patiently listened to our customizations and suggested great alternates. Food 5/5: The breakfast and coffee were both great. We ordered a bunch of items and were not disappointed at all. I don't remember the names of the dishes but both the omelette dish and the coffee was great. Value for Money 5/5: This is where it shines. Even though everything is great and looking at the local crowd, seems to be this way for a long time, it does not burn a hole in your pocket. Everything was reasonably priced and we had a great experience overall. If you are ever around this area and want to visit a place where locals eat and have a fun, this is the place to be!

Jac’s has the best breakfast burrito around. The potatoes are crispy and it’s a huge portion. My husband and I like to split one. They also have other great items but the breakfast burrito is our favorite. The staff is always friendly, service is quick and prices are great.
